Earlier career included senior operations leadership roles at two publicly traded pharmaceutical services companies. Holds an MBA from a top-10 US business school and a BS in Chemical Engineering. Joined Meridan at formation to lead the platform through integration and growth.

20 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. Most recently served as VP of Operations for a PE-backed contract packaging company where she led the integration of three acquired sites onto a single ERP and quality system. Prior to that, held progressive plant management roles within a major global pharmaceutical company’s internal packaging and supply network. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. BS in Industrial Engineering. Leads all manufacturing, packaging, and facility operations across the Meridan network.

18 years of financial leadership in PE-backed manufacturing and industrial services businesses. Has served as CFO through two prior platform build-and-scale cycles in adjacent industries, managing financial integration, reporting consolidation, and lender relationships through acquisition and organic growth phases. Began career in the healthcare and life sciences audit practice at a Big Four accounting firm. CPA. MBA in Finance. Responsible for Meridan’s financial strategy, planning, capital allocation, and investor reporting.

More than 20 years of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory experience spanning contract packaging, sterile manufacturing, and combination product assembly. Has served as the responsible quality leader during more than 50 FDA and international regulatory inspections with zero critical observations. Previously held senior quality leadership positions at two publicly traded pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. PharmD from a top-20 US pharmacy program. ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. Leads Meridan’s unified QMS, regulatory strategy, and inspection readiness across all facilities.

22 years in pharmaceutical contract services, building and managing customer relationships with major global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Previously led commercial strategy and key account management for the packaging services division of a top-10 CDMO. Deep experience in complex program transfers, multi-site customer onboarding, and long-term partnership development. BS in Business Administration. Responsible for all revenue generation, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships at Meridan.

15 years managing end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chains including raw material procurement, vendor qualification, logistics, and distribution. Previously managed procurement operations for a multi-site pharmaceutical manufacturer with more than $200M in annual material spend across packaging components, excipients, and primary containers. Experienced in strategic sourcing, cold chain logistics, and supplier sustainability assessment. MS in Supply Chain Management from a top-5 US program. APICS CSCP certified. Leads procurement, vendor management, and logistics across the Meridan platform.

18 years designing, commissioning, and optimizing pharmaceutical packaging lines and facility infrastructure. Has led technology strategy and capital equipment programs for contract packaging operations serving major global pharma clients. Expertise spans blister packaging, bottle filling, serialization integration, and packaging automation. Previously led the packaging technology group at a major pharmaceutical equipment integrator. MS in Mechanical Engineering. Holds multiple patents related to pharmaceutical packaging automation. Responsible for Meridan’s packaging engineering, technology roadmap, and capital investment program.
